Yes, it is possible to purchase tickets on the day of the event, but the purchase is subject to ticket availability at the time. When purchasing tickets over the internet or at the box office, we recommend the purchase is made up to 5 (five) hours before the show begins and the ticket must be picked up at the venue up to 1 (one) hour before the show or event begins.

General guidelines:
- Hand sanitizer available throughout the interior of the theater;
- Sanitization of internal spaces more frequently and intensely before, during and after sessions;

ELDERLY (people over 60): Federal Law 10.741/03 and Federal Decree 8.537/15 - Official identity document with photo.

YOUNG PEOPLE BELONGING TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, aged 15 to 29 years: Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15 - Youth Identity Card that will be issued by the National Youth Secretariat from March 31, 2016, accompanied by an official photo ID.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES and accompanying person when necessary: ​​Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15 - Benefit Card for Continuous Provision of Social Assistance for Persons with Disabilities or a document issued by the National Institute of Social Security - INSS attesting to the retirement of according to the criteria established in Complementary Law No. 142, of May 8, 2013. At the time of presentation, these documents must be accompanied by an official identity document with a photo.

DIRECTORS, PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATORS, SUPERVISORS AND HOLDERS of positions in the support staff of schools in the state and municipal networks: State Law No. 15.298/14 – For proof, it is necessary to present the functional card issued by the Secretary of Education of São Paulo or a payslip accompanied by official document with photo.

TEACHERS from the state public network and municipal education networks: State Law No. 14.729/12 - For proof, it is necessary to present the Employment Card issued by the Secretary of Education of São Paulo or a pay stub accompanied by an official document with a photo.

• City Law (São Paulo/SP) No. 12.325/1997, which provided for a discount equal to that for the elderly for retirees, is not in force because it was declared unconstitutional by the TJ-SP (São Paulo Court of Justice).

• It is not mandatory to present the official document that proves the discount at the time of purchase. Presentation will be mandatory at the entrance, on the day of the chosen session.

30% DISCOUNT* - SANTANDER CUSTOMER - On ticket purchases made by Santander clients, limited to 20% of the theater's capacity. Not cumulative with half-entry. Limited to 02 (two) tickets per CPF. This purchase must be made with cards from Banco Santander and can be performed in all sales channels of the theater (box office and website). According to art. 38, item I, of Normative Instruction No. 1, of 03/20/2017 and based on Federal Law No. 8.313 (Rouanet Law) and Decree No. 5.761, it is forbidden to market the cultural product (tickets) in different conditions for Santander customers, from those practiced for the general public. The ticket is the customer's own tax receipt. It contains information on the Company Name and CNPJ of the producer of the show

Children up to 24 months of age are exempt from admission if they attend the show sitting on your lap. Tickets are required for children 24 months and older to access the theater. We kindly ask you to respect this age limit.

The exchange of ownership works as an authorization to use the ticket, but the order is permanently linked to the person who picked it up on the platform, that is, the holder of the purchase. For this reason, we never recommend or take responsibility for purchases made outside the platform and/or the official points of sale announced by the organizers of the event you are going to attend. No food or beverages may be brought into the theater, only water will be permitted. This condition may be changed without notice by the theater administrator.
